fforma is an association of artists from the Aberystwyth region and includes practitioners from all areas of the visual arts.

Aims: 

1       To increase the profile of local artists and raise awareness of the diversity of art practice in the region.
 

2       To foster a centre of community and identity amongst visual artists in the area.
 

3       To secure premises for Artists in Aberystwyth, providing studio spaces, workshops and a gallery
 

4       To establish a forum for discussion, exchange of views and ideas, and to provide a focus for the development of future initiatives for the visual arts
 

5       To provide a public platform to express matters of concern that pertain to artists.

Cymdeithas artistiaid o ardal Aberystwyth yw fforma sy’n cynnwys ymarferwyr o holl feysydd y celfyddydau gweledol.

 1       Cynyddu proffil artistiaid lleol a chodi ymwybyddiaeth o amrywiaeth ymarfer celf yn yr ardal.

 3       Sicrhau adeilad i Artistiaid yn Aberystwyth, gan ddarparu lle i stiwdios, gweithdai ac oriel
 

 4       Sefydlu fforwm ar gyfer trafodaeth, cyfnewid barn a syniadau, a darparu ffocws i ddatblygu mentrau i’r celfyddydau gweledol yn y dyfodol
 

5       Darparu llwyfan cyhoeddus i fynegi testunau pryder sy’n berthnasol i artistiaid.
